Find a Nutritionist or Dietitian in Fort Lauderdale

I highly recommend Reframe Nutrition! The Registered Dietitian I worked with was great. She understood my concerns and provided me with options! Excited to work more with her to get my nutrition back on track!

A little background- When I started working with Frankkie, I was doing CrossFit and my goal was to bulk up and put on some lean mass. I was always extremely thin and always struggled with putting on any kind of weight. I assumed that was genetics and that not much could be done to change it. Frankkie took me seriously when others did not. He treated me like a human being. He of course provided highly customized nutrition and personal training with daily accountability, but he also went above and beyond in every regard. He answered every question and acknowledged every concern. He took the time to help me to better understand science behind everything, and helped me really identify my goals and what I wanted to get out my nutrition and training. He helped me discover a new passion for bodybuilding, and proved to me that after all these years, I wasn't a 'hard-gainer' after all. Frankkie is beyond knowledgeable. He's been doing this a very long time, and he can get you any result you're looking for. In only 8 months, I went from skinny and average to turning heads and non-stop compliments. I had no idea results like these in this time span were even possible. I've had other coaches (I've even been a coach and worked in the industry for a stint). I know what's out there, I know a lot about what goes on behind the scenes in the fitness industry. I can tell you with 100% certainty that Frankkie is your absolute best bet. He's fully vested in his client's success, highly professional, extremely knowledgeable and experienced, supportive and encouraging, positive, informative, personable, responsive... the list goes on and on. Finding a coach like Frankkie is a once-in-a-lifetime thing. Do yourself a favor- don't pass this one up.

I always said I was allergic to exercise, when I retired, it became evident that I needed to start the exercise. I found Allison and she is Miss motivation. She gets me going just five more just five more drink a little water five more , in a couple of months I started to enjoy exercise. I don’t know how but Allison has done it.

This gym has been life changing for me ! I literally jumped from one gym to next until I landed here and it has been by far the best experience. Everyone is so caring and motivational. From the staff to the athletes. Takeover has taken over my mind, body and life and yes i'm a firm believer that BEASTIN IS THE NEW SEXY !!!

Every Wednesday 6:45pm hip hop night. Please add another night :-) Men, women, gay straight. Adam is an amazing instructor. He’s patient, sweet and connects with every client in class. Funk and flow is always clean. Plenty of parking. Jessi and Ashley are great business owners!!! 5’s across the board

Carol was so kind and compassionate, she takes time to really understand her clients and give them practical solutions to achieve their goals. Every time I met with her, she made sure I was learning and incorporating something new to move me towards eating healthier. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a nutritionist. She is amazing!
