I worked as a personal trainer, carrying out the same responsibilities consistently since 2017. It was only natural for me to expand my expertise and delve deeper into the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects intertwined with fitness. I had already been assisting numerous friends and family members in navigating through challenging breakups and relationship issues. When I personally underwent my own transformative confidence journey, I recognized the importance of fully committing to my own practice. If I was feeling so amazing about my life, why wouldn't I want everyone else around me to thrive? I believe the world needs more healers, coaches and entrepreneurs.
When I made the executive decision to open my company North Star Zenergy, I also made a commitment to change people's lives. Self-development and building confidence the process is not linear and the overwhelming number of resources can lead you to never even start. You can be like me and try this transformation on your own, but just like my journey, it's going to take years. When you hire a coach, you are not just paying for advice. When I decided I wanted to pursue coaching professionally, I had no clue where to start. I also lacked the confidence to put myself out there in a world where I was known for a different profession. Jen's approach made it easier for me to transition because of her very first step, which focused on internal reflection vs. immediate outward action. Post-program, the change has been overwhelming.
