Eclectic. I start with some hot tracks to get the party going. Then, I add some spices and sear in the flavor. I stir the crowd into a frenzy. I add some complex flavors (afro beats, reggae, merengue), stir gently, and turn the fire a little low - allowing the crowd to simmer, and I throw in some unexpected flavors like an old-school rock anthem behind a hip hop or house beat, and I start turning up the beat until the pot is ready to crowd is ready to boil over.
I love everything about my job. I get paid to do what I love most. I've had an amazing career outside of music, but music has always been my passion and I get to share that passion with others. I get to make that special occasion even more special!
Both my mother and father were entrepreneurs. I started DJ'ng professionally at age 13. I paid my way through college as a DJ and party promoter. After college, my career took off, but I never lost sight of my business. Now that I am semi-retired, I get to devote most of my time and attention to my first love.
