We live 20 miles away from the closest gym and we split our time between two houses in different cities. We found Dante who had a Zoom workout option and it’s been the absolute BEST decision for us!! The Zoom option allows us to be in different locations and still work out together. We chose Dante after interviewing 3 trainers and started working out with him in April of this year. We felt a connection with his practices and style. He is professional, knowledgeable and breaks down the exercise, so we maintain good form and get the most out of it for our age, capabilities and needs. His workouts are tailored to us and vary. He really helps us with our accountability and we need that. We are 58 and 66 and although we were walking daily, we felt our muscle mass was diminishing along with our core strength, balance and flexibility. We can honestly say, 6 months later, it’s a much different story. The balance, flexibility and strength are back. We have both lost weight and have gone down in size due to the weights and exercises. My husband has lost 15 pounds since April and is getting into clothes he hasn’t worn in a while. I have been struggling with menopause for a few years and losing weight has been very difficult. I have lost 14 pounds and have trimmed up in my legs, arms and middle. It is so wonderful to see and feel your work pay off.

Where do I start, first off my very first session with Dante I knew I had a phenomenon trainer and this is all done virtually. Mind you, I've worked with several. In two weeks I've lost 8 pounds. I had a left knee replacement, two back surgeries and I have CRPS with nerve paralysis. Despite having all these issues, he is very encouraging and supportive. The key to this journey is listening and following his instructions. Before I started with Dante, I wasn't able to cross my left leg or bend it as much as I've been able to. If you are unsure of what to eat, please ask and he will tell you. He is extremely responsive and he pushes you without breaking you which is why I love his training method. Yes, getting back in shape and being healthy is a goal but changing my mindset to how I see food is a journey. I have more energy and I'm not craving sweets anymore. As stated, how I'm able to lose is listening and I also educate myself and stick to the plan he laid out.

I have been working out with Dante for a month now and all I can say is that it has been a wonderful experience. We work out together virtually one on one 3 mornings a week, he makes sure I am doing the exercises correctly and pushes me to do more so I am getting the results that I want. I thoroughly enjoy working out virtually with Dante, he makes it seamless, he is always on time, we workout for an hour and it’s a great way to start your day. Working out virtually fits into my daily work schedule. You get better results cause you are not interrupted, again it’s one on one and he is focused on making sure you are doing the exercises right and getting the results you want. I absolutely love it, for me it’s better than going to the gym, it’s also a time saver. Thanks Dante for the encouragement, you make working out fun!
