My clients truly feel that I have a genuine empathy for them. They like to feel better, resolve conflicts, and improve their live, they want to see results. And I do provide the results that they are looking for.

The reason traditional therapy, counseling, or coaching does not work is due to a combination of our default mindset, emotional processing, and a non-scientific approach. These antiquated methods fail to consider the physiological processes that come into play when trying to make changes in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are enduring. Armed with recent findings in neuroscience, we now understand how these elements have a significant bearing on the lack of efficacy in traditional therapeutic methods.

As humans we are a complex system, thee complex system. But complex does not mean complicated, and complexity does not evoke dificulty. If you think about the relationships you have with others, say the family you were born into, your co-workers, your partner, reshaping the way you respond or behave is going to impact the whole system over time. However, if our surrounding is unable to adapt to the change (and it will probably resist at first), then the system as a whole may return to it’s default settings over time.

I focus on helping clients understand themselves on a deeper level and gain tools and skills for living happy, meaningful, and fulfilling lives. I work with kids ages 10+, teens, and adults and use techniques like mindfulness, meditation, and other positive coping skills to help individuals gain resilience and a sense of purpose in their lives. My practice is focused on working with multicultural and creatively minded, "out of the box" thinkers and I am currently offering online holistic therapy, counseling, and coaching services for individuals who are struggling with their sense of purpose and identity as well as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or other issues.
