We have worked with 3D Remodeling on several large remodeling projects over the past 12 years. I’ve had several major renovations done over the years at multiple homes and found it frustrating to deal with most contractors. There always seem to be surprises during the project. We used Paul at our new house for a renovation that included a major addition as well as some minor renovation . I was impressed with Paul’s use of technology to keep things organized, on time and on budget. His project manager was very professional, but Paul would also make himself available whenever I had questions or concerns. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Our project was a true partnership thanks to the proactivity and responsiveness of Jeff and his associates. The online project management tool Grau Building Co uses proved to be an excellent resource for us--we could both login at any time to check on the status of a given task, review timelines, make decisions, look at the budget, ask questions, etc. For 2 busy working parents, the online system kept us organized and on task, which translated into on-time project completion by Jeff and his team. I would absolutely use Grau Building Co again.

What can I say about these guys? Everything from the floors to the cabinets and every detail in between is stunning. These guys are not your typical builder around. They take great pride in the work they do. Everyone in the company is helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone. If I am ever in need of another home built or need some type of remodeling, I will definitely use them.

Beth Frey and James Morgan of BellaDomus designed and managed two different projects for me: a small bath remodel and a larger master bedroom/bathroom addition. They share a creative yet practical design aesthetic. I was very pleased with their final design as well as the skilled contractors they suggested to bring it to fruition.

Woody is an expert in his trade and field. His eye for architecture and his skilled carpentry makes him outstanding. I have used him on a couple of projects from our kitchen to bathroom and he has always delivered great work!

After my husband had an accident and was partially handicapped, Ken did an addition on our house that included an elevator and half bath. He also changed two steps to 3 steps and I had no idea that was even possible. And he turned a bathtub into a shower. Ken is wonderful to work with and his subs are equally nice. They were very neat which meant a lot to me. He has good ideas and suggestions and can help hold costs down when appropriate. He can explain how things need to be done. At another time Ken had all the duct-work in our crawl space and attic replaced and it was quick and neat.

Rented a rota-tiller from this place and it worked great but the gas cap was missing the rubber seal. Gas would spill during use. Other then that the service was great and the rental process was easy.

I had the pleasure of working with Steve during a basement remodeling project in my home last year. Steve impressed me with his attention to detail and problem solving skills. He listened to my interests and wishes and guided me through the decisions required to achieve the desired results. I wanted the finished basement to feel like an extension of the remainder of the house, and as such it was necessary to match the results to the existing materials and design details in the home. Steve was up for the challenge and spent considerable time researching the flooring materials available to ensure the desired results could be achieved and within the budget we had established. During the project there were numerous opportunities for me to witness both his problem solving capabilities and his carpentry skills/knowledge. Steve devised some innovative solutions/ideas related to the overall finished basement results. His experience and knowledge of materials/products/code requirements saved time, money and solved numerous challenges during the course of the project. I am extremely pleased with the quality of Steve's results - his work undoubtedly provided the best results within the given price range of the project. I feel comfortable recommending him to friends and colleagues and do so without hesitation on the merits of his knowledge, his attention to detail, his problem solving capabilities, and his willingness to openly communicate and discuss issues that arise. Steve provides quality and exacts quality from all with whom he works. In closing, I was pleased with my experiences working with Steve Sebrell and confidently recommend him due to his communication skills, attention to detail, quality of craftsmanship, problem solving capabilities and industry knowledge/experience.

Joe Walsh just completed a project for me. It consisted of closing off coat closet in living room to utilize space for building a half bath in my bedroom. The bathroom turned out awesome. I am very pleased with all the work done. Joe kept me in the loop at all times. His crew was always on time and were very professional.
