What do you love most about your job?

I enjoy helping people reach a goal that they would have never thought possible. I love researching and staying up to date with the latest scientific advancements and research and being able to apply these methods and strategies.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I am passionate about health, nutrition and fitness. Since I was a kid I have been fascinated and involved in sports and martial arts. I currently practise various types of combat sports, such as BJJ, Boxing and MMA, but I also like to spend some time in the gym. I was also a Chef for 13 years and I worked for top restaurants and hotels in London. The more involved I was getting into sports the more attention I was paying to how food was impacting my performance and overall health. I then decided to put a stop to my very successful career as a Chef and decided to follow my passion for Sports performance and study Nutrition. It was been the best decision of my life and I love what I do, I couldn't be happier.
