I had very high blood pressure and a lot of extra weight, the doctor told me that without losing my weight I cannot reduce my blood pressure. How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
A healthy, balances diet combined with active lifestyle can dramatically improve health and well- being. It reduces the risk of getting a large number of diseases. I believe that adequate sleep, rest, relaxation, breathing, fun and laughter are all as equal important in healthy lifestyle. I also believe that prevention is everything. It's not about what we do occasionally but about what we do everyday that will have the long-term effects on our health and well-being.i
What do you love most about your job?
I love to teach and provide my clients with tailor made nutrition and delicious wholesome eating plans. I love helping people escape the diet trap. Nutrition is my blood!
What inspired you to start your own business?
