I will work with your schedule, and not lock you in to ridiculous contracts like other gyms. Want 1 session a week? Just 1 a month? 3x a week? No problem.
I can provide online training by establishing my clients abilities, goals, available equipment, and time restrictions. With this, I will create a custom workout program tailored to the clients needs, and do a program check in weekly. I will also be available to message any time should the clients have any questions about training.
I clean all the equipment after each client with Cavicide. Masks are optional but not recommended as it will labor your breathing.
