He knows how to build them up from day one. I am so thankful I walked in to check it out. We also did a birthday party here and it was AMAZING. The kids are still talking about it!

This is a great class! I needed a little push to get me going to try to loose a few pounds after the baby. Some moves are modified for different skill levels which is awesome. Not everyone works at the same pace and level. I highly recommend taking this class or the Zumba/Pound class which are both lead by Ms C!! Thank-you so much xoxoxo
