I really loved working with Steph. Over the past few months I've learned that I don't have to go out to the gym or need a bunch of equipment to do a great work out. I can do a work out tailored to my personal body/health goals in the middle of my busy schedule right here at home. I am almost 5 months pregnant and still fitting into my regular clothes - jeans included which is amazing considering with my last 2 pregnancies my jeans stopped fitting me after the first month. The work outs are fun, tiring, but also doable. I've also learned that my perceptions of what was healthy eating was a bit off base - healthy carbs are ok!!!
