Ally and her team shared their knowledge every day with me on nutrition and fitness. Through the pandemic when you thought you couldn't attend a class , well you were wrong .. The programming is fantastic (challenging but achievable) and the coaches are top notch.

Well where to start..I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I guess number one CrossFit works you will see amazing changes in your body.. but add to that a great bunch of people united and supporting one another well Maritime CrossFit just can't be beat. When I started I was so intimidated, the coaches were amazing and so supportive. People think CrossFit is just for athletes but it's not, many of us started out terrified and out of shape. I think that is why everyone is so welcoming, we all still remember what it was like to be new and how much it meant to have that fellow Maritime Crossfit member smile, introduce themselves, help guide you and of course the high fives after the workouts!! No matter what your issue is the coaches will work with you. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and they have been amazing in adjusting my workouts according to how I'm feeling so that I can continue in my journey of health and fitness. Amazing support, amazing results, amazing coaches, amazing members, fun workouts that push you further then you ever thought you could ever do, what more can you ask for, that is some of the reasons why I LOVE MCF!!

Well, I took the challenge and in 6 short weeks, lost 28.8 lbs and 5.8% BF. I could not be more pleased with the results and personal changes I have felt and seen. I am 53 and once again have achieved a fitness level that keeps me energized and off the couch. I truly believe that Silas and Amy have developed a very effective way to help us achieve our personal fitness goals. My results can attest to that. I love Journey Fitness! The instructors are all amazing humans that push you to reach your limits and encourage you, while recognizing every persons own abilities and they make accommodations as needed. I have tried so many fitness classes at different places and I honestly love this place. They offer tons of classes so that it’s easy to try a variety while being consistent and showing up for yourself. Jamie, Anna, and Megan have all been so nice to me, the classes are a lot of fun!

I found Matt at a time when I had almost given up on fitness. I just didn't know how to motivate myself to do it on my own. He kept me accountable and was always available for questions. Matt taught me to love a good deadlift and to appreciate core workouts despite my complaining about them. I orginally signed up for 6 weeks and stayed for 6 months so that says a lot.
