Training with Amir was amazing! I worked out with Amir for the last 3 months of a 6months contract at Gold's gym and I wish I had started earlier with him. Amir listened to every single concern I had during the first session and was able to assist with every single need my body had. For instance, I had some knee issues that led me to work out with a knee brace, and in the first week, he determined what it was and how to deal with it. I stopped wearing my brace, I stopped having issues with my knees that had been bothering me for the last 7 more years. No other trainer was able to help me with that until I met Amir. I thought I was going to live with that for the rest of my life. Amir, guided me through mobility and core workouts every session, building a strong foundation for my body for strength sessions. We spent months on that before he suggested we move to adding in strength training, because I told him at the beginning I didn’t want any strength training. He always kept to my main goals, but added more and more strength. After the first full year with him, people were commenting on my progress. By the end of the 2 years, my body went from a large belly with no pecs and small arms, to a small belly with proportionate pecs and arms. My clients have the option of wearing a mask during their session. I have them wash their hands or use hand sanitizer. If I or my clients are feeling symptoms of illness, the session is scheduled to a later date.
