It was my first time training with a personal trainer but he eased the training in and I truly trusts him in every session. He gives clear directions, adjusts your position to use the right muscles while making sure you are not getting hurt, and creates an environment that encourages raising any kind of questions or concerns during and even outside of sessions. Whenever I mention a part of my body being tight during an exercise he would make sure it’s ok / we stretch it out before we continue.
