A select few are great trainers because they learn the science then apply it with a passion. Hal is one of those few great trainers. He, along with two other Great trainers Lachlan and Tina, have built this gym into an incredibly motivating and inspiring space to catalyze your self development. I no longer live in Victoria, but every time I come back for a visit you can bet I'm in for a session or two. Can't recommend it enough.
