I use to box at different gym, the same circuit all time got repeative, here the workouts are fresh and keep you on your toes. Change every month so you dont get stuck doing the same thing. Aquabags are great much easier to work with on the joints (being someone with 2x broken wrist). The staff is fun, knowledgeable and pushes you to do your best. Never a dull class!

I do the REVFIT bootcamp, the trainers Amber and Marissa are AWESOME, full of energy and enthusiasm (even when I'm not).
