I highly recommend Jeff to ANYONE-beginner, intermediate or advanced. He is also very knowledgeable about diets/dietary restrictions. One could clearly see how passionate he is about fitness and that in itself is motivating. He is non-judgmental and definitely made me feel comfortable.
