My journey toward personal training began in 2010 but it wasn’t until 2017 when I trained and competed in my first SABBA bikini event at the age of 46 that I decided to actively pursue my certification. With that experience I gained valuable knowledge and it confirmed just how much I wanted to help people with their own fitness journeys.

Proper gym hygiene and etiquette is encouraged to all my clients, and taught to all new gym-goer clients.
Clients are encouraged to take time off of training when they are sick, so they can come back to training at full force.
I am diligent in making sure I am healthy for my clients, and will stay home if sick, offering bonus sessions if such circumstances arise.
