Knowledgeable therapists who determine what you need. They have many techniques to use and they find the right ones for you. Non-judgemental. Quite easy to talk to.

I'm a 21-year-old male, and before Matt, I thought I had tried everything. I spent years on self-improvement, both physically and mentally, and eventually spent thousands on therapy—only to find myself in the exact same position mentally as when I first recognized that something wasn't right and began my healing journey. For years, I struggled with the issue of letting my thoughts belittle me, make me feel worthless, and leave me hopeless—I thought that was my reality. I believed that if even a therapist couldn't fix me, then I was beyond help. I’ll admit, it took some time for Matt's work to take effect, but looking back to when I started, I can see that I have completely changed my mindset. I no longer have these intrusive thoughts controlling how I view myself in such a negative light. Instead, I now have automatic, positive, and hopeful thoughts that make me feel motivated and optimistic about the future. Even when negative thoughts do arise, I now recognize them as behavioral patterns—ones that I have the power to interrupt, change, and redirect into a more positive mindset. These thoughts no longer define me. Instead, I have control over where they lead and how they shape my perception of myself. 10/10—would highly recommend.
