I reached out to Matt, and asked him if I could leave him a review as he has helped me so much. After going through a time of desperation because of overwhelming anxiety that was interfering hugely with my life, I started to look for a life coach. I was connected with Matt. In just 8 sessions, he helped me unravel where the anxiety was coming from and he gave me the tools and took me through the strategy's needed to help me overcome my anxiety. He coached me through uncovering in order to discover, in order to discard and then recover. I have my life back. I now have a passion to help others, which is giving me much fulfillment in my life. Honestly I've tried therapy a few times in my life and gita is the only one I've found truly helped. She asks the right questions that really make you see what you need too for yourself. She doesn't seem to be just "goin through the formula" as I felt from some others and I gotta say I've recommended her to others because of this. Truly honest person who helps me like I never thought possible 11/10 is my rating
