Dogwise Academy picked an amazing trainer for my pup Mulligan and they even kept in touch all the way through the process. Ryan at RCK9 has been amazing. My pup Mulligan has always struggled with reactivity and ever since my coma he had gotten worse and wouldn't listen to commands. I did a board and train with Ryan and RCK9 through Dogwise Acadamy and he treated Mulligan so well that I feel he would prefer to stay there lol. Ryan was very attentive and responded promptly to any questions I had. When Mulligan first came home he struggled to listen to me and Ryan came out late in the day just to do a private session. In that one session, Ryan showed me that I didn't have proper leash control and allowed Mulligan to take control of the walk. Ever since that session, Mulligan has been great on the leash and his reactiveness has diminished. Ryan is still very responsive to all of my questions and is by far the best investment I have made for myself, but more importantly, for Mulligan. Throughout the process Dogwise Acadamy stayed in the loop and ensured proper car for my pup. Thank you again Dogewise, RCK9, and Ryan, Mulligan now gets a happier fear-free life due to you all.

We have a 5 month old corgi and it was hard to train him with a toddler and working full time. DogWise made the process of signing up and connecting us to a trainer so easy. The representatives was very informative and answered all of the questions I had about the process. The communication between all the party was great. I love how the responsive all of the parties were with the check in and progress report. I was connected with trainer Olivia and she is awesome. I received a calmer puppy and she showed us how to continue with the puppy’s training. I would totally recommend DogWise and Olivia and would not hesitate enrolling in future training sessions.

I just rescued a 3.5 month old pup (Pomeranian mix) in December and unfortunately was struggling to jump start his training or even knowing the correct way to train him. He came to me so nervous about everything, would not allow me to walk him on a leash, I couldn’t get him to potty outside, as the people who were fostering him were allowing him to pee on a pee pad in the house and didn’t ever take him outside to go potty. He had a lot of behaviors I needed help to correct. Joseph was an INCREDIBLE trainer. He sent me updates everyday on Ollie’s progress, was always very in depth in answering my questions, took care of my baby like he was his own (it was very clear Ollie liked him a lot when he dropped him off). Fast forward to after the puppy training, Ollie is a changed pup! He walks on his leash so well and his recall off leash is actually existent! He had no recall at all before training. His potty training is going so so well, he only had one accident but I caught him before he could finish and has not had an accident since. I’m able to go about my business in the house without watching him like a hawk because he knows to potty outside. I have been asking Joseph questions even after the training concluded and he has went above and beyond in every answer. He gives tips, will call me, and is just so knowledgeable about fixing certain bad behaviors. I genuinely feel so supported, and I’m so grateful! if you are struggling with training, I would HIGHLY recommend Joseph and the entire Dogwise team, they are wonderful!
