I have 28 years experience drafting estate planning documents and helping individuals through the process of making end of life decisions. I also help people through the divorce and/or custody process. This includes paternity cases and modifications of previous final judgments. I am also a Florida certified family law mediator . I have provided pro bono services as a Guardian Ad Litem on behalf of children and thus focus custody cases on the best interests of the child.

I had mine and my husbands wills updated. Matthew was awesome. He is extremely organized and explained everything in easy terms for us to understand, not with big legal terms. He is patient, concise, and well versed in what he does. I would highly recommend him to everyone, because it is so important to have a will,so it is not a burden to your loved ones. No one knows when their time will be up and I'm hoping to be around for awhile. But I can rest easy knowing our wills are updated and we are good to go........in the distant future.
With over 20 years of experience in the legal field, including as attorney since 2008, Robert is able to provide a wealth of knowledge and experience for his clients, which includes drafting hundreds of unique estate plans and having appeared for court hearings in civil matters well over 3,000 times in over 40 different counties throughout the State of Florida. It is through these experiences and knowledge that Robert is able to provide the assurance you need.
I have come to understand the anxieties surrounding making an estate plan and I enjoy removing those anxieties from my clients. Quite often, at the conclusion of our appointments, my clients thank me for removing those fears and providing them the assurance that their lives and property are now taken care of.
I started working with my father in his solo law practice when I was a teenager. Over the years, and through my experiences both in and out of the legal field (including working in and with law firms), I concluded that it was best for me and what I wanted to provide to my clients to continue the Magill Law Offices.
I have over 30 years of experience, both as a paralegal and attorney, and, unhappily, have personal experience in handling my family's probate needs. I know first hand how important Estate Planning documents are and how difficult the probate process can be. I use that knowledge and experience to ensure that I provide to my clients the best Estate Plan for their needs and the navigation through the legal process of the probate.
Estate Planning documents, such as a Will, have to be signed in person; however, I can go to your residence to complete that Plan in an appointment that takes about two hours at most, as long as you are able to procure two friends, relatives, or neighbors who can serve as witnesses. If not, we can meet at my office in Orlando. For probate matters, I am able to provide those services remotely via online communications, such as email or zoom conferences. All filings with the Court (with the exception of the original Will) are done online and hearings are rarely needed.
My practice fits neatly into today's Covid world, as I can come to the comfort and safety of your home. I am fully vaccinated and, having lost family members to Covid, I take it very seriously.
