(Ka-Ching for them.)Knowing this and having a bad experience in the past, we were unsure of what to expect when deciding to go with Duister and Parvizzi. You never know how it's going to be until you actually begin working with them...Upon our first meeting, we found Nastaran to be very attentive and sensitive to our needs. She was friendly, professional and thorough. That woman was quick to answer questions and return phone calls; my husband and I were both pleasantly surprised that she doesn't charge for those annoying extras (the stuff lawyers are so famous for) just for doing her job. If Nastaran doesn't know an answer, she's motivated to find it and she will. She's all about great customer service, total transparency and seems to enjoy making this whole process simple and straightforward for her clients.I love how Nastaran created our trust where it could easily be changed; we weren't locked down in a daunting legal process if we needed to fix or rearrange anything. She also kept us informed of all the different ways we could protect our assets and rights, ensuring our best interest.I've got to say, I'm very happy we went with Duister and Parvizzi. Although creating a trust wasn't a task my husband and I were particularly looking forward to, working with Nastaran was a painless experience. I'd HIGHLY recommend this firm and especially Nastaran for any of your trust attorney needs.

I ONLY yelp if it's very good or if it's really bad. I don't know Robert personally but we've used him 2x in the last 15 years, our 1st family Will & Trust full package and our 2nd since our daughter is an adult and we had to update it. We submitted all the legal docs as requested, signed papers and within a week, we received our Will & Trust package. Nothing fancy. Just stapled, no binder. Went to the County Recorder to have it recorded and that's it. Viola! Very simple, no fuss. Great for families with kids who needs to designate legal guardian, medical directives, etc. For the flat rate of $495, it gave my family peace of mind that we have all this in order, whenever we travel, etc. Robert is very professional and did NOT offer as any investment strategies. The only recommendation he provided during our 1st time was to move most of our assets to a trust (mortgage, etc.). My parents used another law firm and charged them $1,700 ten years ago. It had the exact same legal documents as ours, except it was in a nice binder. So, we have an appointment next week for my parents to update theirs, now that they are in their golden years. We've recommended ALL our friends & families to Robert and they were 100% satisfied.
