We had the most beautiful wedding at the Holiday Inn Charlotte University. The wedding coordinators were right on point to everything I wanted. They even provided the vases and the clear stones and pearls for the vases. Christine and Alice kept in touch with me and were very reassuring that everything would be perfect. I stayed the night before the wedding as I had people from 10 states staying there and I wanted to be with everyone so they booked me into the room John and I would have after the wedding. Of course it was next to the brides room for getting ready so it was very convenient. While we were getting ready the cleaning staff changed the linens and got the room ready for our wedding night. We even had a surprise of chocolate covered strawberries and champaign. The tables were beautiful with the napkins folded into birds, surprise. I highly recommend the Holiday for events. thanks for everything....

Staff is always great, rooms are always clean, and location is wonderful. Cribs are available and the dogs always leave happy too. I do wish we could get an upgraded room occasionally (husband is 100 night platinum lifer) but with dogs we never have the option. I understand why though. Also, I think throwing in the hot breakfast for platinum would be nice instead of just the cold options.
All that aside we love the Westin Charlotte.

Most beautiful wedding weekend!! The food was OUTSTANDING and the service impeccable! Every meal from the bridal luncheon to every breakfast and the delightful dinner at the wedding reception was scrumptious! We LOVED our room, spacious bathroom and especially enjoyed the shower; it was AMAZING!! Loved strolling through the gardens and the mansion is centrally located with easy access! We also enjoyed swinging on the swing on the screen porch off of our room. Many thanks to EVERYONE for the memories!! ❤️

This venue is the perfect wedding venue for my fiance and I, we absolutely fell in love with it from the second we saw it! The light color pallet mixed with a southern but modern vibe was so unlike any other venue we have looked at in the area. We booked it immediately!
The indoor/outdoor floor plan is the exact flow we imagine for our guests with ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in different locations creating the perfect night and experience.
We're so excited for the day this beautiful space is complete as we know it will surpass our expectations for our dream wedding!
