Very nice, clean, new hotel. Very close to LAX with shuttles running every 15 minutes (other hotels are often on half hour). Somewhat noisy but it is an airport hotel. The bed is very comfortable which goes a long way with me. Contemporary but not sterile decor. Large room, 24 hour fitness facilities, a really nice roof terrace with views of the airport and surrounding area. The in-room Nespresso machine appears to be above my competence level, however. Or it's defective. I normally stay at a different hotel at LAX but will probably stay here again. Like many newer hotels they have gone to "barn door" bathroom doors but these have soft close which makes them far less annoying. Nice place.

I met these guys at the LA Street Food Festival today! They were really nice and friendly!They make fresh, homemade beignets. And if you don't know what they are, they're the French version of a donut.I was lucky enough to sample a fresh batch. They were light, puffy-fried goodness covered with powdered sugar!After going to New Orleans and falling in love with the beignets at Cafe Du Monde, I was really excited to bump into these guys!

Breathtaking views! The chandeliers were absolutely beautiful. I couldn't help but stare at them all night. We visited the San Bernardino location over 24 years ago. I was hoping the Burbank location would be just as spectacular and it was!

One of the greatest Mexican Restaurant..... I had a great moment in this place... Good food and friendly people....the manager the best ...good person...the chef the best.....

Good spot for a show or event. Be careful about the parking, the big lot across the street is now closed. This is still laid out like a traditional theatre, so the seats in the top tier can be rough.

Service is top notch, food is amazing and I always love the wonderful smell of the lobby. I'm claustrophobic on elevators, so I needed to ask someone to unlock the outdoor staircase for me when I needed to go back to our room. Everyone was super nice about it and I never felt like I was inconveniencing them like I've felt at other hotels. Matt and Kenny were 2 of my favs. Both super friendly and helpful! After a long last day in Santa Monica, Matt offered to call a car service for me to get me to the airport. Much better than cramming into a taxi with mine and my husbands luggage. Thanks guys! Hope to connect with you guys again in the future!

During the last year, I've probably stayed here at least 3 times. It is by far one of my favorite hotels. The rooms are spacious, modern, and the customer service is great. Check in and check out are super fast and they give you warm cookies both times! It doesn't get any better! They even gave us a late check out of 2pm free of charge. We also ate at the breakfast buffet ($14) and it was tasty and super convenient. There are various food items to choose from such as breakfast taters, omelettes, eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon, pastries, juices, & fruit. The only complaint we had was while we went to eat at the buffet, the maid literally took the shower curtain from our bathroom and didn't put it back. Very strange because we were clearly still staying there. Awesome gym too! I wish they had more deals here. I've noticed the prices have gone up significantly. The location is also great since it's near the freeway and there are tons of restaurants surrounding it.

We have been throwing functions at this venue for many years ! It really is a great hall with nice people . Just like anything in life. You do have to coordinate everything but it’s a beautiful hall with nice upgrades and very flexible in accommodations ! Love it
