The Mustang has been in Park City for almost 2 years and will likely be around for a long time as it is currently one of the best in town. Â The owner/chief used to be at the Riverhorse in Park City. Â The location may be just a bit hard to find at the "bottom" of Main St. in Old Town, part of the Marriot Summit Watch shopping mall. Â Validated parking available in the hotel underground lot. Â The menu is not large with usually 5 to 7 entre choices varied enough to keep everyone happy with the selections changing often. Â I have been there numerous times and have never been disappointed either in choice or quality of the meal. Â The Red Trout and Oso Bucco are outstanding if available. Â Good wine list, service attentive but not pushy. Â Reservations will be needed during busy times, not cheap but worth the price.

I wasn't going to write a review but found it funny that one guy said he felt like an outcast. Went in here off season and we we're certainly not their target clientele based one who was in the bar. But we asked the bartender for some recommendations and he was very thoughtful in his questions and made us traditional drinks (old fashion and Manhattan) with his own spin on them based on our tastes, and with the local distillery special batch bourbon. I would go back, and recommend you try it.
