I hired Heather to be my day of coordinator for my wedding, and I'm so glad I did! She was such a major help not only the day of my wedding, but the weeks leading up. She created a schedule for the day of, contacted all my vendors to let them know when to arrive, created my table setup for my venue, and so many other things. The day of the wedding she kept everything on schedule and organized. I never had to worry about a thing because I knew Heather had it taken care of. I highly recommend her for any type of coordinating!

I originally had not wanted to get a wedding coordinator because I wanted to plan everything myself. My fiance talked me into a day of coordinator and Ande was a perfect fit. I had mostly planned everything myself before I began meeting with her a few months before the wedding. She thought of things I hadn't and was able to help me avoid some mishaps I would have missed had she not mentioned them. She also knows the area well and was able to make some suggestions to solve some hiccups that were affordable. Her experience with event planning was very helpful but I think creating the timeline for everyone was the most helpful tool she gave me. The day of the wedding, she handled everything that went wrong (as something always does) so well that I did not know until the next day and I was only informed because she wanted to help me get a partial refund from a vendor who had arrived very late. Even if you do not want a wedding coordinator to plan everything with you along the way, consider Burks Bridal Services for day of coordination at the very least because you can't be the bride AND run the show very easily.
