This will be long but I assure you it is worth it for TWC. I genuinely don’t know where to begin - I can write a whole book explaining how unbelievably incredible this team is. Aside from my now husband, Gab and Jess were the best decision I could have ever made when it came to planning our wedding. We were going back and forth about whether or not we needed any coordination and I am SO GLAD we chose to do so and even happier we chose TWC. This team was so on top of everything from the moment we booked with them. They really took the time to get to know us and treated myself, my husband and our families like family themselves. Both Gab and Jess are so caring, loving and amicable. They made it clear if I had any questions throughout the process to ask, and I did, and they were always quick to respond. As we got closer to the wedding, they both would consistently send me check lists of things I should be doing and let me know what they can take off of my plate. I really did not have to do much of anything other than send them my inspiration for them to bring to life. In a time that is very stressful for most, I seemed to be the least bit stressed. The only thing I needed to worry about was marrying the love of my life. The TWC team made sure the day ran as smooth as possible; if there were any hiccups I had absolutely zero idea. I left a payment for one of the vendors in our hotel room, and without hesitation they not only went back to the hotel and grabbed the envelope, but cleaned our room so it wasn’t a disaster to come back to given myself and the bridesmaids got ready there. All night they were checking in on us and our families making sure everyone was fed, happy, had a drink, or needed anything at all. And to top it all off, Gab and Jess got INCREDIBLE content of the day of and now I have all of these videos and pictures to look at despite our photos not being ready for weeks. If you need a dream team for your wedding day or any event at all, LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!!

I had my wedding here September 2016, everything was great. We booked them in March 2014 and in 2015 they went under new management, remodeling our room upstairs. We met with a new person who was going to be in charge of our wedding, his name was Lou. He was amazing!! He did everything to help us and answered all our questions. If we had any questions he would always call us back if he was in a meeting. About a week before out wedding we had 9 or 10ppl, tell us they weren't coming to the wedding after the responded yes. And some of them weren't going to tell us, we found out from other sources. Needless to say that's a lot of money we were going to lose, we explained the situation to Lou and I didn't know what to do, the wedding was paid in full already...well he calculated the amount of the "seats" we would be paying for and he gave us a credit to use towards anything we wanted-any extra desserts, etc. We were so thrilled that money wouldn't go to waste, we got zeppolis and chocolate fondue. The day of the wedding went smoothly, we had out suite upstairs with food, champagne, drinks, the mait're D kept checking on me and my girls, she was by my side the whole time. Even at the wedding she made sure my husband and I had drinks and everything was going the way we wanted it. I couldn't have asked for a better venue and better people to work with. Still 5months later my guest talk about how amazing the experience was and the food was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone.

Mike was a pleasure to work with. He read the crowd perfectly and took our guidelines and put his own creative touch on it, making for an unforgettable time. Several guests asked us for the playlist after the event. We also had a family member sing a song for us and Mike coordinated with him and made everything go seamlessly. We couldn’t recommend Mike enough.
