It's always been my dream to have my wedding reception in my parents backyard. Grand Rental made that dream come true! We rented a 120 x 40 foot tent. The staff at Grand Rental did awesome prework to help us figure out how the tent would be laid out with enough tables and chairs for our 250 guests. When it came time to set up the tent, it was delievered early and went up within 3 hours. The set up staff was friendly and accomdating when we needed tweaking. Grand Rental visited the site before out event to make sure the tent was still in perfect condition with the extremely heat we had the week of the wedding. We interviewed other tent companies but none of them compared to the excellent customer service Grand Rental provided and the beautiful tent designs! Would highly reccomend them!

I could not have asked for a better agent. She did everything right and professionally through the enter process. This effort put forth by her made the selling of my house go very smoothly.
Kathy had a professional photographer take the listing pictures. A photographer will always take too many pictures for the listing and you must go through them and decide which ones to use. Kathy looked through each picture very carefully and chose the right pictures that showed off my house. Then she put them on the listing in the order a prospective buyer would walk through the house, which really showed my house well in the listing. My house also was displayed/listed on Social media sites. I believe all of these things are the reason my house sold so quickly.
As good as Kathy was at listing my house she was even better when it came time to negotiate the contract. The first offer that was presented to me was too low and I wanted to just ignore the offer. Kathy sat down with me and explained that it was an offer and agreed it was too low. So she suggested a counter offer which I agreed was acceptable. She very quickly drew up the counter and submitted it back to them. This counter was accepted and thus my house was sold.
So in closing Kathy did a great job getting my house ready to be sold, marketing my house, and getting it sold.
After selling my house I had to buy a house so I asked Kathy to be my buyer’s agent after she was my selling agent for my house. I could not have asked for a better agent. Kathy was a master at negotiating the contract for the house. Because of her I got part of the closing cost paid by the seller along with new double hung windows. When Kath and I discussed asking for these two things I thought they would be too hard to get, but Kathy negotiated and got both of them easily.
What Kathy really did during the buying of this house was help me get through the process of closing. She made a check list of things to do and dates that each item needed to be completed. She reviewed this list with me at least once a week and confirmed with me that everything was happening on schedule. Because Kathy made this checklist and reviewed this with me as often as she did I never stressed during the closing process. I knew that Kathy had everything under control and that my closing would go smoothly which it did.
