Oh man, the sushi truck of my dreams right here. They come to my office every once in awhile (usually once a month) and I mark my calendar for it. Sadly, they usually come on Friday which is the day my team goes out to lunch together. So, I only get to have it when lunch plans fall through.They serve delicious sushirritos and that's all I need to have. I always get the volcano sushirrito with no salmon and they are happy to customize it slightly for me. It's fresh and spicy, just the way I like it.They had a sign up the first time I came out to make it "mega" and it did not disappoint. I think the burrito came out twice the size of the normal one. It was epic. The last time I had it I had to ask for mega, it is a couple of dollars more but well worth it. The guys working are attentive and friendly and are willing to customize as needed. I'm sure they won't go overboard on that though, but they offer a wide variety of options to really get you sushi fix. Highly recommend this truck if it's in the area.
