I just took my mom here for a girls day and we got spa treatment! Veronica and her staff were very kinda and courteous, she recommended what was best for my mom's hair and my mom was in LOVE with the results! I got a haircut and coloring and she offered me her spray tanning services. This was my first time trying spray tanning and I actually loved it and I will be back for another touch up!

Indigo Chanel provides exemplarary service. I received her signature makeover and my face was glowing. I was definitely impressed with the what was included with the makeover such as: consultation on skin care and how to remove makeup being that was my first time wearing it. Also as well a relaxing environment, so I immediately scheduled my bi-weekly makeover. I'm excited about this new journey of pampering myself and excited that I found Indigo Chanel. GO HERE!!! I searched for a professional that could give me a drastic makeover for my birthday prior to a night out in DC. I cannot do makeup for the life of me and I usually rock the natural look. I wanted a full makeover to feel extra beautiful on my special day. Own your Wonder was definitely the best option out there!!! Everyone else in the DMV was either booked and/or charging well over $100 for the SAME services. Booking was super easy. You can pick a day and time online - it literally took me 5 seconds!! The location is a super nice area of Georgetown. The full makeover I got only cost $70 including eyelashes, contouring etc. You can tell your artist what your looking for and show them inspo from online. I had Alexandria (Alex) who was AWESOME!!! She has such an upbeat, bubbly personality which made the experience a lot more enjoyable. I am very shy and she made me feel comfortable. She was super knowledgeable and constructed the perfect look for me based on my outfit and colors that would suit my skin tone/eyes. I've had my makeup done for events a few times before - but she was the best BY FAR at contouring my face, sculpting my brows, and just overall use of color and technique. Can't say enough wonderful things about Alex and Own Your Wonder!!!

Malia got back to me right away after I had left a voicemail on her cell. She also moved up the time of one of her regular clients in order to accommodate me because I had an early morning event. Her studio is in her home, but it's absolutely so chic and professional. She is flexible about a look you want her to create or with you giving her free reign. I gave her free reign and my look came out GORGEOUS. Yes the makeup she does is heavy, but what's the point of paying for a makeup artist for a natural look? Anyways it's all about preference. The makeup she does is NOT outdated by any means. She does excellent contouring and beautiful eye shadows. She even created a lip color perfectly suited to my skin tone and outfit. Gerard is the best colorist in the business - I won't trust anyone else with my hair in the DC area!

Five stars! Everything was amazing about dealing with Tousif. Make up was very natural and she was punctual and went out of her way tu help the bride with the dress and duppatta etc!

Carla is wonderful, she did my hair and makeup for my wedding. She is super talented, patient, and just a pleasure to be around! I would recommend her without a second thought

Tara helped me (someone admittedly indifferent to fashion) put together some great looks, feel confident, and dress quickly and without stress for work. We also got clothes for nights' out that i loved. She respected my budget, and her fee was well worth it. She stands above others for listening to what I want, and not imposing her style on me.
