I was Kaitlyn’s customer at the Prism Salon for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. I chose it based on google reviews because I needed a place that was open on a Monday. I was nervous going to a new place out of the blue but I’m so glad I did. Every person I met from when I walked in the door to when I left was extremely friendly and considerate. The salon was really beautiful and clean inside and they offered you coffee tea or water while you were getting your haircut. Kaitlyn was very friendly, professional and easy to talk to. She spent the first few minutes speaking to me about what I would like and looked at photos of haircuts that I brought with me. She was happy to offer her opinion when I asked about whether I should get layers or a straight cut. The hair wash comes with a complimentary scalp massage. The staff were extremely nice and complimented me on my haircut when it was done. Kaitlyn offered for me to come back in two weeks to trim my bangs, and was happy to talk to me about various hair products that she recommended. They offer gift sets at the salon and various individual hair products. I had a great experience and look forward to coming back again.
