I chose to go to Kenzo salon on a whim last year and I have now had my hair done a few times there. I can confidently say that they have a loyal new client! My entire experience every time I have been there has been nothing but positive. I see Tayla and my hair has never looked better. She is bubbly, approachable and explains the steps she is taking, so that both stylist and client understand the process. The salon is clean and airy and everyone is very professional and nice. I look forward to going to my appointments and I know that my hair will look fantastic every time. I also want to say that the small touches the salon does do not go unnoticed. On my first visit as a new client, I received a welcome bag with some trial size products and I even got a handwritten thank you note from Tayla. I call to make the appointments and they offer Venmo for tipping. Great establishment!
