Katie is wonderful. She has taken such beautiful care of my skin and makes sure I am using the best products at home to keep my skin on the right track and prevent future damage. She also does a great job waxing my brows to perfection and her studio is always so clean and inviting. She is very kind and I love coming to see her. Highly recommend Katie and The Beauty Bar.

I have trusted Colleen to make me look beautiful for so many important events. She truly listens to what you want, makes suggestions, teaches you what she’s doing and why; just an overall amazing experience every time! Whether you need light and natural or heavy and dramatic she can do it all! I highly recommend Colleen for any event, or if you just want to feel like your best self for a day.

The staff here is very friendly and knowledgable. They take the time to understand what you're looking for, and how long you're looking for the tan to last. The product that they use is top of the line for a very good price. No chemicals, completely organic and vegan. And it doesn't smell bad!

5 stars for Haven & Hair!! I would highly recommend Haven & Hair to anyone in the Newton/Belmont area. Finding hair stylists can be stressful but Linda and her staff make it so easy to choose them every single time! Not only are they friendly when you walk in but they do amazing work and actually listen to what you want to do for your hair! I’ve lived in Newton for over 5 years and have been searching for a consistent place to get my hair cut and colored. Happy to say I have found it at Haven & Hair!

Kristin did an amazing job at my wedding. She did bridal makeup for me and my entire bridal party. Everyone looked stunning and I felt beautiful. She listened to exactly what I wanted and created the perfect look. Kristin was very professional and managed to get all 8 of us ready early! She has a great eye and is very talented. I highly recommend her.

I would recommend Melissa, owner of Urban Beauty Lounge to anyone!! Melissa is amazing!! I have been going to Melissa for all my beauty needs for more than 7 years, so when it was time to choose my makeup artist for our wedding, it was no suprise I went to her :) Melissa is extremely knowlegable and you can tell her takes such pride in her work!! My makeup was flawless for our wedding! And most importanly, I did not feel like I had pounds of makeup on! I can not say enough good things about Melissa and her work!! I would HIGHLY recommend her for your wedding day in addition to all the pre-wedding prep :)

This was the best lash experience I have ever had I'm addicted to getting my lashes done but I think I found my new "home" haha. This place is very warm and inviting and very refreshing as soon as you walk in. The staff is also very nice and offered me coffee or water when I came in. They went above and beyond my expectations. And Ryann is the best technician she looks for lashes that fit your features. She also went above and beyond by fixing my lashes that was just irritating my eyes. Can't say enough about this place you have to come and experience it yourself! :)

I also am rating this based on waxing. I got my legs and a bikini and Ellin was great. I'm notoriously awkward when i comes to talking to estheticians, and usually I just sit in a semi-awkward silence, but she was so friendly and sweet that the conversation almost entirely distracted me from the waxing procedure. Incidentally, this being my second waxing experience, and first at ADS, this much, much less painful, and I wasn't left with any stubble or anything [this had happened before] She's very quick and good at her job, and I found the prices reasonable, especially for a place with "spa" in the title. I'm definitely returning in the future.
