Paradise Makeup, Hair, and Airbrush Tanning is a mobile service based out of Kansas City, MO! My makeup artist was Mallory and she did an incredible job! She was punctual, professional, and very friendly! They are very reasonably priced and very flexible! Will definitely recommend them to anyone I know getting married or needs makeup done for a special event!

She has done my trial and my engagement pictures hair and makeup and they turned out amazing. I love how they are so easy going and listen to what you want and give you what you envision. I couldn't be happier and can't wait for my big day because I know i'll be stunning!

Since I found this place onlineI thought I should share about it. This is a great salon, I've been very happy with my hair since my first visit last summer. I wanted baliage highlights with the owner. She was hardest to get in to, so I went to Megan and she did great! Now my hair has pretty highlights that I can go longer in between touch ups. In the past at y old salon, I would decide my to get my hair done, call a day or two before, and get in. However, I can honestly say until now I have never really loved my hair! I need evening or weekend appointments, and those are harder to get, so now I book my appointment before I leave. They have nice reviews for a reason. I recommend leaving a message and send an email your first time. Other than loving my hair, the other thing I like is the atmosphere. It's hip but down to earth. I like how the stylists work together, they seem to really enjoy what they do. Every time I've been there its been busy, but they take time to be kind to eachother and their customers.

Parlor: A Beauty Bar is Kansas City's first and only true Blow Dry Bar.  What you won't find at Parlor are scissors, hair dye and smelly chemicals because they specialize in blow outs.  Really good blow outs.  Perfectly coifed hair is not my specialty, so it's awesome that I can usually walk in and be primped on the spot.  Parlor stylists use  amazing products that you really can't find in KC, such as O&M, Sachajuan, and Becca Cosmetics.  Speaking of cosmetics, Parlor staffs experienced makeup artists to beautify your face as well.   Every single person I have encountered at Parlor has been super nice and went out of their way to make me feel spoiled.  I didn't expect to snack on macaroons from Natasha's Mullberry and Mott and sip on champagne while I was getting gorgeous, but it sure made my experience extra special!  I almost forgot to mention how beautifully designed this space is.  Very clean, almost minimal with French accents, and a giant gold and white chevron wall that I wish was in my house.  Basically, I wish this place was my bathroom, but since that isn't realistic I guess i will just have to visit Parlor on the regular.  If you haven't checked this place out yet, go ahead an make up a reason to get primped.  You will be glad you did.  Word of advice: if you plan to visit on the weekend, make an appointment because it can be hard to get in on a Saturday.  You can do this easily on their website parlorkc.com.

What a beautiful place! I live out of town, but attended a class here. If I lived in the area, I would definitely use this bar to conduct my makeup applications and bridal trials. I would also want to get my make up done here!

Susan did my daughter's and my makeup for my son's wedding in Toronto! We were both thrilled with the result and have tremendous confidence in her amazing skills to make you look your absolute best! I just wish she could be here for all my special events to do her magic. She's wonderful!!
