First of all, when you live out of state, and you book someone just because their instagram photos look good, says a lot already. We booked Lily based on just that. She was quick to respond to our requests and was cordial. She showed up on the day of, with her tools and equipment. She came prepared. My bride could have done her makeup and hair by herself, but who wants to do that on their big day? This is a double edged sword. My bride is perfect already, the service that Lily provided was what the bride wanted. Not me. So overall, it was perfect. She even got my request to come over and touch up my face. It was worth it since it controlled the oil and overall complexion throughout the day. Oooooh, she also does hair. Not mine, I shave, but her's was amazing. Again, its already, amazing,

I was trying to go from black hair to a light brown and went to another salon that did a horrible job. I went here and got a color correction. They really knew what they were doing from the get-go they were able to see what needed to be done and how to do it without damaging my hair. The service is great and the salon is very clean and cute.The best part is that they have tremendous experience- one of the stylist is an instructor at a beauty college so she really knows both the theory and practice behind hair. I highly recommend them for coloring as well as cuts. I have become a regular and always come out extremely satisfied with the results. On top of that for the work done the price was very affordable. Hair cuts I believe are $35 but look like $100+ hair cuts bc on top of the cut the price included blow drying and styling. The only down side is you have to park on the street so be sure to take quarters for the meter.

I took an express makeup lesson by Chris about two years ago when I was just about to finish college and decided that I needed to get a makeup routine down so that I could look professional in the work place. I had some makeup that I would wear occasionally and Chris suggested that I bring my current makeup bag with me. I did and he showed me how to properly use everything and showed me new ways of using some of my makeup. He also showed me a few new products that I should incorporate which I use pretty much every day now. He was so personable and really listened to what I wanted to get out of the lesson. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. Also, his makeup is great quality at a reasonable price--I'm still ordering his corrector wheel because I haven't found anything that beats it.
