I had a wonderful experience with Yanizel this evening! The salon itself is clean, organized, and inviting, and the stylists make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. I’m new to Boston, so I was nervous about finding someone to work on my hair, and more nervous to make the drastic change I made. Yanizel didn’t just give me a great pixie cut - she talked to me about my hair, my face, and the different possibilities of the cut before we got started. Any stylist can cut your hair, and most can cut it the exact way you want it cut. But Yanizel made sure that the cut I got looked on me the way I wanted it to look. She didn’t just cut my hair according to a picture - she asked questions, she listened, and she came up with a cut that made me look the way I envisioned when I walked in. I’ve found my new salon!

I am extremely persnickety and yet super pleased with her absolutely relaxing Facials and expertise in Hair color. What distinguishes her facials from most others is her genuine interest in understanding your skin. Doing the research for the next time you are there, her passion far supercedes her products. More or less the same goes for hair color. Talking for myself, she combined, research, art and science along with her passion to deliver what I wanted and gently steered me away from what might not go with my skin and bone structure. She puts in the time and effort for what she does. It's not a business, it's the passion that brings out her excellence.

Jess is the best! In my almost 40 years of life I have yet to find anyone else who can work with my curls! She does amazing color and can totally see my vision of what I'm looking to do with my hair!

Elle Salon is absolutely gorgeous and fulled with beautiful stylists! I would highly recommend checking it out! Also they offer eye lash extensions and waxing!

She trained on Newbury St. for those of you who follow stylistic pedigrees, so now you can get a high-end Boston style without going into the city! Lovely person, and very talented. Highly recommend.
