The website was very easy to navigate & order from  and the flowers could not have been more beautiful!  This is the first time I have ever had a florist text me a pic of the actual arrangement before it gets delivered and they upgraded order for free.  This is also the first time an arrangement has arrived looking better than the sample pic from the website.  Excellent communication and product.

When I came to comment about this place, I was a little shocked about the poor ratings...The lady I spoke with, despite having a heavy accent, was able to communicate & answer all of my questions - she was even able to go over additional options for me to consider...My order was taken without a hitch & my flowers were delivered by the promised time...but most importantly, the person receiving the flowers was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the arrangement...need I say more
