I’ve been a professional floral designer for over 40 years. I can honestly say that Cliff was amazing to deal with!! He’s very personable, professional and and is very detail oriented. He did everything I asked for, and then some!!He even took the time to send me a picture of the finished product before it went out for delivery - now that’s true customer service!! The wrapped cut flower bouquet he put together was fresh and vibrant in color. Beautiful quality flowers at a fair price. Folks, that’s not something you see every day. I received one of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen, the flowers were super fresh, beautiful form and beautiful colors, I've been a florist for 15+ years, I was truly satisfied with I received, the fact that this was during the mother's day weekend it's surprising because they put so much detail in it in such a rush weekend.

So it was my girlfriend’s birthday and I wanted some nice flowers for her, but I did not have the time to go deliver them personally during the day. So I called up the store after checking out reviews on local stores in the area, and talked to the owner of the shop, Jack, and explained to him the situation. He told me not to worry about it, that he will take care of it personally and make a great arrangement. I can say that she loved the flowers, and the delivery could not have been faster. Fast service, high quality, fresh flowers (lasted over week, nice surprise!), all at a fair price. Whenever someone needs flowers, I send them straight here, and I recommend everyone try them out at least once, you will not be dissapointed, thanks Jack!

First, it should be noted that neither me nor my siblings live in Florida. That being said, we have no real point of reference as my parents are new retirees to the state. So we were kinda flying blind so to speak. At any rate my Dad had been in hospital & with everything going on my siblings & I realized we almost forgot our mom’s birthday. The evening before her birthday we ordered a gift, but it was not going to get to her until after her actual birthday. We came up with the idea of flowers but wasn’t sure a flower shop would be able to do a same day delivery. I googled flower shops the next day & thought I would take a chance on Oma’s Garden Flower Shop. I am so glad that I took a chance to call this flower shop. The employee who took my call was named Vianey. She was so absolutely awesome. While I was online on the website she answered every question about any bouquets I had a question about. She was knowledgeable, patient & just simply wonderful. I was assured that they would be able to do a same day delivery; however, I was concerned that my mother would not be at home when the delivery came, as she had been back & forth to the hospital. Vianey took the time to explain that they would contact my mother prior to attempting delivery & that I would also get an email confirmation of the order and the actual delivery. Needless to say crisis averted. My mother loved her flowers & they looked absolutely beautiful. All I can say a heartfelt thank you, thank you, thank you to Vianey & the folks at Oma’s Garden Flower Shop for making our mother’s birthday special despite everything else.

I located Florist 24hrs through a Google search. I would most definitely recommend this business for all your floral needs. Upon contact, I was very pleased with the level of customer service I received. Mrs. Sheikh was very kind and patient. I was extremely proud of the work she created. I look forward to working with Florist 24hrs in the future!
