Karen was excellent. Has been in the business since her teens and made me something really nice for a friend of mine in a pinch during the holiday season. She even gave me a free vase to put it in and the price was extremely reasonable for what she made up for me. Arrangements also come with cardboard holders that will make sure the arrangement doesn’t get messed up in your vehicle/other transportation. She also really cares about her customers. Gave me advice on where I could get free shots and help for a stray cat my friend found!

I've sent flowers to my Mom twice this year and both were done by Lou's. I have a bad habit of doing everything last minute but Lou's ALWAYS comes through for me. I ordered her flowers on line and then called to wish her a Happy Birthday, I then found out she would not be home between 2 & 4 PM. I called Lou's and asked if they could put a rush on it and they did. My Mom was happy and so was I.
