Very happy with this place!! After reading the reviews I had to go back to this place again. Im very happy that I did, very friendly staff Derek and Don was able to help me and deliver the roses asap!! Went in there around 12:30 and was delivered before 1:00. Now that's what I call good service. I asked if they can deliver right away and they did. They did me a Hugh favor. They helped me out because I knew the family was there to receive them. I just moved to the downtown Covina area and stopped in this past weekend to buy flowers for a birthday present. The flower shop is gorgeous  and I was helped right away by Ray. I let him know my budget and the kind of look I was going for in terms of the colors of the flowers he said to give him 5 minutes. I walked around the shop admiring all the beautiful things and when he came out with the flower arrangement, I couldn't be any happier. I like to buy flowers a lot for special occasions and his arrangement is the most beautiful I have ever seen . It was a total hit at the party as well and a lot of people wanted to take it home but of course the birthday girl made sure no one took her beautiful gift home .This is going to be my go to place now for flowers!
