My interaction with them went great! I am from Romania and I was trying to send a plant delivered to a friend in US. I payed by VISA card from over here and called them to make sure my order was received. The person who responded was not speaking perfect english but she was very helpful and ensured me that my order was received and it will be delivered The plant was delivered in the same day as I requested, even earlier than I was expecting. I got a Money Tree for my friend and the plant is in great condition (minus a leaf that was a ripped during transport I think but no big deal)
