I ordered the Sunshine Splendor arrangement to be delivered to my wife on our anniversary. I wrote a poem for her that I wanted to be sent with the flowers but the online limitation to to a 200 word count message wouldn't allow me to do it automatically. I called Sheri and after a few attempts gave up. She called back within the hour and we talked about our options. She was very sweet and easy to work with, so was her co-worker that spoke with me over the phone. I believe she ended up hand writing the poem which was particularly on the longer side.... and delivered the flowers by 10am that morning. I'm definitely going to be a returning customer. Sheri's Flowers has amazing service!
