Hello there! We are OH MY PIZZA PIE--a team of mobile wood-fired pizza bakers who travel around Texas baking brick oven pizzas at festivals, events and parties. We’ve been at it for 12 years, and we’d like to cater your private event, too! For private parties, we serve buffet-style pizza by the slice for a two-hour period, which includes three pizza selections you’ll choose from our menu.

I booked a mobile pizza truck for my wedding rehearsal dinner in Fredericksburg, TX. I really liked that all the booking could be done online and that it was a straight up process. I also liked that the menu was simple and had just enough variety. The Oh My Pizza Pie team is accommodating and flexible. The pricing was PHENOMENAL!!! It blew my expectations out of the water and took a lot of financial stress off of me. It was extremely affordable to feed 150 people.
They had to drive out to the property we were having our wedding at and it was easy to text with them about directions and set up. They were very flexible and easy going about where to set up in an area that was semi-limited. I told them to make decisions they thought were best and I wouldn't have changed a thing. They put up with my dog constantly wondering over and even made my charismatic nephew his own pizza! My friends and family loved talking with the workers and absolutely LOVED the pizza. I thought I was going to have a ton of leftovers, which I would have been happy about, but most of it was eaten that evening. They provided napkins and individual trays for the pizza. They were all very go with the flow and got along with our crowd so well. They did not expect a tip and I had to make them accept my offer, haha. That was refreshing since I was deep in the wedding world at that time, where tipping is so ambiguous.
My wedding coordinator asked for their info so she could pass it along to other brides. That's always a good sign! I was so happy to work with them, to support their business, and to have amazing pizza for my guests. If I have to cater an event again, I will pick them every time just because it made my life so much easier.
