I just wanted to follow-up after the wedding, now that we had a chance to breathe, to let you know how much we appreciated all of your hard work and exceptional service. The food was beyond spectacular and every single person I talked to raved about it! Thank you, thank you, and thank you! Please send our sincere gratitude to the entire Chef Dom team for making our daughter's wedding a fantastic experience that surpassed our expectations!

Post - remodel... loving it!. Pros - tastefully upgraded decor. It hits an earthy, conservative, yet modern feel. The re-done menu was well updated but needs better orgsnization. There are certain items that work on the menu but are more suited for the children items. The in house dressings are off to a great start but need a little refining to hit their mark. The bar is now a full bar with a true variety of beers. The portion sizes are much larger than before and have great presentation (especially the salad). Much better floor plan. It has an improved flow and an open feel. The quality of the food is amazing - even what is normally considered a staple food is well recieved. The wait staff is noticeably friendlier and highly attentive. Cons - The experimentation on certain items is hit and miss. The acoustics need to be improved... you can hear the kitchen on the other end of the restaurant during peak hours. The beer on tap needs to be monitored more closely. The one I had was noticeably off from where it normally is. Not ruined, but off. Notes - tonights french onion soup was neither french or onion, and more bullion than soup. The onions were not thoroughly cooked. I am confused by addition of rosemary. The chimi was delicious. It was well balanced and had an interesting mix of cheeses. Beans were a tad dry but not bad. Cowboy toothpicks were almost what we expect, a little thin but good.

This 24 hour diner is located right in the downtown Fargo area. The place just screams diner at you and I love it. The place is located in a little strip mall but it is very open bright and very clean, totally impressing me from my initial expectation. Our waitress was this friendly older lady and she took very good care of us and was very hospitable. I ordered the BIG bacon and eggs. Yes the bacon was the thick cut variety which i love so dearly. Everything was fresh and carried the right amount of grease to uphold their status in the diner category and not too much where it upset my belly. I was disappointed with the pancakes. They seemed to be a little on the dry chewy side. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast.
