We had an annual company gathering last week. With a last minute idea to have something cold and sweet for the hot day, we began searching for a scoop cart that could accommodate us with only two days to plan. Pat was very responsive and kind even though our request was in conflict with other events that she was hosting that day - she made it work and we are very thankful for her service-with-a-smile! When she heard how difficult it was for us to choose just two flavors (the menu... oh, how that selection makes your mouth water), she worked her magic to let us pick four flavors! We only had a party of about 35 people so the price per person was a little higher than what it could have been if we had a larger group. We enjoyed Pat and Mita's Italian Ice at our daughter's wedding June 20. Pat was fantastic to work with, her ice flavors are phenomenal and the 200 guests were serviced very well. It was a hot day and her ice stood up to the heat. Everyone raved about the flavors and cute cart. She not only served nice scoops for everyone, but had "sundaes" after dinner with all the toppings. Best beef in Portland!! These awesome people aged a rib roast for 60 days for our Xmas feast. Seasoned with nothing other than Jacobson's Black Garlic salt, The entire family agreed that this was the best beef any of us had ever had anywhere.
