Chef Prince was the chef at a brunch I attended. There was some issues with the venue and through the whole process he remained calm, even walked around serving chicken and waffles to the customers, as we waited. The chicken was grilled, instead of fried and some of the best chicken and waffles I have ever had in my life! I highly recommend using his services.

I am, Chef Alicia. I opened the doors of Cafe 110 in 2019 in downtown OKC after 3 years I decided to close the doors and concentrate on my personal chef and catering business. I love the personal interaction and variety in involved with catering. I have been in the food industry for over 30 years. My focus is to provide delicious menus with quality foods. My passion for food has found her searching out the best kitchens to learn from folks (home cooks and chefs) across this country.
Here is a little bit about how we do catering: We have Tulsa's best value at $10.99 per person for food. You receive 8 oz of meat, 8 oz of sides, pickles, peppers, and onions and hot buttered rolls. This price also includes plates, plastic ware, napkins, serving utensils, and BBQ Sauce. So for 100 guests, you would have 50 pounds of meat and 50 pounds of sides that you would be able to divide up however you would like.

The best food to have at a wedding is 2 POps! Everyone loved the jalapeno chicken and the 2 pops mix and are begging for us to get it again. Not only did they love the meats but the sides were the best as well!Scott and Joe were so quick to respond and set up a tasting for my Husband and I on short notice. There prices are amazing and super affordable especially for all the delicious food we got. If you love home cooked barbeque there is no other choice then 2 POPs.

Cool place with great Louisiana eats. Had the aligator bites, some of the softest and nice texture for this treat. Had 2 of their signature old fashions, delicious. I specifically made a request for less sweetness and did not disappoint. There is a excellent live jazz band that plays in a little alcove stage in the center of the restaurant, loved their tunes. How wonderful. What a beautiful culinary experience. The Red Thistle aka Hope Egan just prepared a lovely Father’s Day Brunch for us and a few other lucky souls. Her skills are incredible. Each meal is so carefully prepared and you can watch her work from the open dining room. It’s small. It’s personal. It is the most European feel in Tulsa. She takes her time and care with each dish and uses the finest fresh foods to create her tasty dishes. Oh, speaking of dishes, her dinnerware is superb and made by her also gorgeous daughter who has a ceramic degree from OU. Today both her daughters were helping in the kitchen and with our service. We were checked on several times to make sure everything met our expectations and so they did. BTW. Her biscuits may be the only ones in town as good as mine. And, her meals could hold their own in Vienna as well. Don’t expect her to be open every day. You have to friend the Red Thistle and make reservations to know when she is serving or hire her to cater for you.
She is one hard working woman and you can tell she loves to cook. I love her to pieces and I have to say that’s the best meal we have had since Vienna.

Called last night 15 minutes before closing (traveling cross country by vehicle) & the order taker was happy to take my order. I asked for a well done pizza with extra cheese & extra pepperoni, it was excellent !! The pizza cook did a great job & the cashier/order taker was extremely nice , I recommend this place
