I had a second to talk to these awesome people and learned all the rubs and sauces are homemade and original. Let me not forget to mention the Veterans discount that was given to me as well. I cannot recommend Duet Catering enough. Jennifer their wedding coordinator is simply the greatest. Not only was she easy to work with, she is kind and compassionate. After having booked Duet for an August, 2015 wedding, we had to move up the date two months and with very short notice due to my father’s illness. Jennifer and the entire team at Duet, moved heaven and earth to make sure I had a great day and my father was comfortable. She worked with the church and hall to get everything rescheduled. Because our minister was out of town on the rescheduled date, Jennifer stepped in and officiated the wedding. She did a tremendous job at it too. I was having difficulties with getting a cake and Jennifer took care of that too. I don’t know what I would have done without her. Even if the food had sucked, I would have been happy with the customer service of Duet but…the food was tremendous! I had tons of compliments on the food which we did as a buffet. In particular the wild mushroom ravioli, which was the vegetarian option, was everyone’s favorite. Anyone getting married or having a catered event would do themselves and their guests a favor by hiring Duet Catering. Outstanding, above and beyond, wonderful, unflappable, tasty, professional, awesome, are just a few of the words to describe my experience with Jennifer, Pamela, and the entire staff at Duet Catering. I am more than grateful to them all.
