We had the pleasure of having Chara’s Kitchen and Catering for our Thanksgiving meal, and it was absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The turkey was hands down the best we’ve ever had—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The lamb chops were another standout—cooked to perfection and incredibly tender. Every dish was a hit, from the brown stewed chicken to the sweet potato souffle. Even the cranberry herb relish, which we weren’t sure about initially, was an unexpected favorite. We ended up putting the sauce on everything—it was that good! The portions were generous, and the quality of the food was outstanding. Everyone at our gathering raved about the meal, and there wasn’t a single leftover. Chara’s professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process seamless. She took care of everything, and her warm personality shone through in every interaction. If you’re looking for a caterer who will deliver top-notch food and an unforgettable experience, I cannot recommend Chara’s Kitchen enough.
