I have watched the construction since they gutted the building, and they are going first class. They were going to be open in June, but the City of Albuquerque's "Business Prevention Department" has delayed construction with their ridiculous building permitting procedures. Just ask La Cumbre, Bosque, Albuquerque Brewing, Rio Grande Brewing, Boxing Bear, Lizard Tail, Hallenbrick, and Stumbling Steer about the multiple delays that cost them thousands of dollars. The result is that the latter two breweries ran out of money and had to close. Dozens of jobs destroyed by the city. It's not just breweries suffering from these delays, it is all new construction. It is so bad that "In January, Mayor Berry announced the start of ABC to Z - an ambitious two-year project to update the Albuquerque/Bernalillo County Comprehensive Plan and to integrate and simplify the city’s zoning and subdivision regulations to implement the resulting plan." No help for at least 2 years. When I started appraising in 1973, the City of Albuquerque had one of the best zoning ordinances and building permitting processes in the entire USA. Municipalities from all over the country came here to learn about it. Now we have one of the worst. It's just the same as education. In 1952 when I moved here, APS had the 3rd highest teacher pay and graduation rate in the nation. We are somewhere around number 3 now, but from the bottom. Rio Bravo's first batch of beer is finished and being pumped into the tanks in the cooler today. If they can get their Certificate of Occupancy in time they hope for a soft opening in around the end of next week and grand opening in early September. Ty made great beer with his family's Santa Fe Brewing. I am looking forward to some really excellent beers at Rio Bravo Brewing. *CABQ Planning Department website.

Atrios provided catering for my recent October 2016 wedding. Communication with L was effortless and easy. My emails and questions were answered in a timely fashion. They were also very flexible with changes to the menu the weeks leading up to the big event. We served two appetizers during cocktail hour and had a buffet dinner. Guests raved about how delicious the food was. I couldn't help getting seconds of appetizers and tortilla strips too! The bartenders were smiling the entire night and were very friendly to us and our guests. They felt like family.
