After a full season of eating at food trucks, today I tried Cafe Racer for the first time. If I were asked for a two word review it would be 'Real Food'. A four word review would be 'Really Good Real Food'.They have many many Gluten Free and Vegan options, I however, went for the pulled pork. The pork was not dry and perfectly seasoned. I was a little nervous when I opened up the box and it was not wrapped in bread and there was no 'sauce' on the meat, however, none was needed (it would just have ruined the flavor). I opted for their 'entre' for $8, so it came with two sides, I chose roasted veggies and rice. Both were prepared simply, which let the flavor of the grain and vegetable shine.This place is a real gem for anyone looking for a well prepared, simple, slow food meal.
